BONES 10×16 Stills: “The Big Beef at the Royal Diner”

200 episodes is the big milestone every show would love to hit and the one that’s usually brings the special celebration, quite deservedly.

It was a big moment for Bones but something even more unique is coming up:  The moment the show airs “The Big Beef at the Royal Diner,” it will become the longest running drama for FOX Studios with the perfect episode count for such a milestone: 206, the number of bones in an adult body.

Bones is celebrating it in an unique way: all 206 bones will be mentioned throughout the episode!

What will be the case about?

The team will investigate a popular TV chef’s murder, starting by the local restaurants he had been reviewing. From the episode’s title, you can imagine this will ultimately lead them to the Royal Diner, where Booth and Brennan will have to question its staff, risking their status as ‘favored patrons.’

Meanwhile, Hodgins will sell the invention from the previous episode for millions and Brennan creates an anatomically correct song for Christine so that she can learn all the bones in the body.

While she insists she doesn’t have a specific type of show, they all usually have strong but flawed lady characters, some derivation of the stubborn friends-in-love/friends-to-lovers trope, and they all make her yell at her tv a lot. She just wishes she had more hours in the day so she could actually write about this.
